I am an award-winning conservation communicator with more than 25 years' experience in editing consumer and charity magazines. After 10 years as Editor of BBC Wildlife Magazine, I now assist a portfolio of leading national and international wildlife charities to engage members, inspire the young, deepen relationships and grow support through powerful story-telling and visual imagery.

My clients in the UK include WWF-UK, the Natural History Museum of London, Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT), The Wildlife Trusts and Moor Trees, among others. And overseas Rhino Conservation Botswana (Prince Harry's charity) and bioGraphic.com.

My copy reaches an audience of over 1,000,000 people around the world.

I specialise in producing compelling natural history content with authority, passion and personality " for adults and children " bringing together creative professionals in photography, film making and writing with the conservation stories that need to be told. In print and online, I deliver engaging  innovative solutions that inspire audiences.

As Editor of BBC Wildlife Magazine, I co-managed and judged the prestigious Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition and helped countless photographers to develop their skills, realise their potential and reach new audiences with their work. I regularly join the juries of many world-leading natural history photo competitions, from World Press Photo in Amsterdam to Big Picture Competition in California and the Nikon Photo Contest in China. I have served on the Advisory Board of the Wildscreen Film Festival and advised on the launch of their photo competition.
